Given the fairly limited availability of data in this area, our intention with this survey is to gather additional information. The results will be published in a forthcoming FX research article. Your responses will be kept confidential (both by us and by any third party we may engage to assist in processing responses), and will only be used in an upcoming FX research report in aggregated and/or anonymised form.
